The dye

    Hey there I don't understand how and where can I get these dye. Help me please :(

    Dyes are slotted on certain dropped equipments like red/blue ribbon, purple plate etc.
    If you've had searched Toram dye location on Google. You had already gotten some dyes and even used it.

    Anyway to use it, you go to synthesis next to blacksmith in Sofia Town. There u choose the last option and you'll find out how it works ;)
