Evasion stats can appear on any equipment and crystas.
light armor gives 10% and the armor mastery skills also give 10% each, so you can reach 30% without any gears.
in combination with the right equipment you could get Evasion up to 50% and higher

May I know with the halloween event, is there any equip worth investing on?
The Lil Devil Horn stats looks great. What about the Lil Devil Garb? is -666% light resist make it not viable? Or there isn't much light monsters in this game?

 

light elemental attacks will deal 6 and 2/3 times more damage to you, which will most likely result in instant death

fairy monsters like Roar and Shining Roar, as well as certain plant monsters like Coryn and Moss Ball are light element.
and regardless of their own element, monsters can have light elemental skills.
Lime Potum is earth element, but can use a light tackle attack; Scrader is dark element, but fires light element laser beams.

you have to be careful when using this armor, and i strongly recommend to have another armor as backup if you run into any monsters with light attacks =(^.^)=

actually i have one question about the gear,
which one is the best: sailor's dagger, magical dagger, or goddess' dagger?

 

that would depend on your equipment and preferences.
personally i use Magical Dagger =(^.^)=
(before that, i used Twilight Dagger)

 

where can i find magical dagger?
from the coryn database, i saw that the dagger is the reward from rina's quest at el scaro,
but after i finished the quest i only got a magic device o.o

 

the reward is random,
you can get Crystal Staff, Magic Brooche or Magical Dagger.
