The Widow Maker (bow build)*not updating

Yes we have to see what the update brings, I'm still unsure on the best equips tho- maybe I'll change the guide a lil lol. I honestly never thought this guide wud interest so manyXD

 

I just hope that iOS is just outdated versus Android. This build would be seen all over Toram in case it does.

 

Lol yeah i thought so to when i first saw it , btw another thing @Haroshi mentioned DEX hidden is crit rate( I think?) Does anyone have a number for how much it adds per Dex stats?

 

We can try asking @Mugami if he knows it. Hopefully he does but yeah someone mentioned that DEX adds crit rate as well but I can't remember who mentioned it.

 

Thank you sensei that's the plan haha, I really can't wait till we can add STR stat. Bt I'm also thinking by that time a better bow will be out? Also how great is difference of having a higher atk bow (ex. 60+ atk) vs the +25%critdamge of this bow?

 

as per last year, 6 DEXs give 1% crit rate.
but after late january update this year, they revamped everything regarding critical rate. so it's still unclear about crit ratios nowadays

 

IMO the 25% Cdmg is better than having a bow with higher ATK.

 

So much mystery's lol, all we know right now is snipe crit is 100% with bows, passives don't add any damage after 100% stability. It wud really be nice if mugami shared his wisdom yes haha.
I think we should run a test on all bows? to see how great the effect of having fail safe crit. Perhaps gear bow isn't the only option to use here. I'm not sure lol

It looks like we will have to join mugamis **** website to find out the crit mystery

 

For this build, I think Gear Bow is our only option since the goal for this build is to at least compete with the xbow snipe damage.

AFAIK the website is still in the works. I can't wait for it to be up and running. That'll be info overload lmao

 

yep, it's no brainer
that 25% cdmg from gear bow babe is not flat addition to the base 150% which makes it 175%... but it multiplies it making it 187% CDMG

for a char without STR, that's more than enough gift lol

 

Ahh at least that is dispelled lol!, so with say 200 Dex how much stab% is added more or less? Or does it work in a different way? Thank u for Ur help bk

k I've done testing about long range.
i dunno how to put image into post like u awesome tech guys lol, i hope these pictures turns out ok

I used a lv16 character for this test
gears line up along with their stability are:
Forest Wolf Bow (70%)
HQ Arrow (20%)
Killer Coat (6%)
Neck Googles (5%)
Speed Talisman


lv16 char stats used for the test


critical snipes without Long Range passive, done from various range (3-15m).


critical snipes with Long Range lv5, also done from various range .



don't mind those normal hits...

As u can see, without Long Range those are stable 9552.
Then after learning Long Range lv5, they became 10029... increased 477 dmg from Long Range lv5 (almost 5% flat dmg increase)

This test shows that Long Range passive gives damage increase to all attacks Regardless of Range.

I'm gonna do another test again for Long Range lv10, with same char parameters as above tho. If i got another free time lol

Also, if u guys are curious about how Long Range affects damage increase with stability below 100% (80% for example)...
i did test it too, but it's hard to notice the increase because of damage fluctuations
just try to save u guys time here lol

 

If it does add 20% stab with 200 dex then using Forest wolf bow should have 100% stab. Even without having additional stab stats on other gears.

Thanks for doing these tests. I'd probably max it with my char then. Hopefully this is not a bug as well since long range damage should only be added when attacking from 8m+ range.

 

Would Dex equips apply to the stability or is it just based on base Dex stat?
