[Theory]Build: Impact Bawler

    Hey guys! I have been working on a build lately after playing around with brawler and its many class variations. Truthfully, I love brawler as a class. I wanted to share my Impact Brawler theory build that I been more or less messing around with.

    Impact Brawler is about two things: Speed and control of the enemy. The more we can control the red zones the more we can auto attack to regain our mp. Our allies can depend on us more to break and allow for openings through the use of impact.

    We many even give Staff Fu a run for its money. That’s my hope at least.

    Recommended Stat
    Agi/Dex/Crit
    Full Agi until you gain 1054 aspd or until you gain 400 flee. About 157 points. Put the rest in Dex, Crit, Vit, or Int.
    + Dex stabilizes hits, add 1 attack every 2 points, and adds some aspd.
    + Crit adds to critical stat last I checked I every 3 stat points add 1 to crit rate.
    + Vit add defense and health. Easier to take hits from bosses.
    + Int for some reason knuckles have crazy int growth, so if you want to tank while throwing high end priest skills out this is the way to go.​

    Recommend Equipment
    Equipment being tested and used to see what works best
    Weapon: Jamadhar/Volcanic Claws
    Sub-Weapon: Army Knife
    Armor: Ooze/Killer Coat
    Additional: War Helmet/Forest Wolf Cape
    Special: Bow Thimble

    Notes: Crit gear Jamadhar and War Helmet are for crit based stats or when you go against broken bosses. Eva gear Volcanic Claws and Forest Wolf Cape, while harder to get, will make a huge difference for Eva type or when you need to hit faster.

    Sadly more points are used then what is available.

    Skill Notes
    + Impact has larger range with knuckles than stuff. Dex will add better breaking later in game with impact and tumble more.
    + Aggravate will add 5amp and strong chase will make additional attacks as strong as main attack. Strong chase gives free guard break looks about 1% per level.
    + Sober Analysis while downgraded is still needed to up the gain mp from attack. Short rest will also help recover mp in battle.
    + Smash and Sonic at 10 will control the boss better. Other skills that will be placed at level 10 later Shell Break.
    + Shell break at lvl 10 gives more time and always Mage friends to get better dps.
    + Holy fist, assault attack, protection, and aegis are for variations in combos.

    Already done but agi+vit with shield skills for stun and hp boosts tried with knifes but lacked the offensive so went defensive.

    if u planning to max sober analysis, might as well max short rest too, it makes all the difference.
    max shell break is good too for 5secs guard break. that way when guars break procs, u have few secs window to prorate with auto attacks then finish with smited triple kicks combo before guard break wears off.
    personally, i don't think bash is worth it to be maxed. lv5 has around 50% proc chance, and we're not supposed to spam it anyway.
    impact is good for more save combo variations, altho I'm not a fan of it myself haha

    @firefox1981 I was thinking of shielding end game or going all Eva skills. I played around with sheild skills, but found the skill points needed where steep. I'll have to look at the notes for that build.

    @DansAway Awesome good to know. I wasn't sure if maxing short rest made a difference or not. Also good to know on shell break I'll switch bash with shell break, it well make bigger numbers when triple hits. I am also not that big of fan of impact but it's great at controlling red zones as it tumbles most of time.
