    Its so easy to post in the maintenance tab an estimated time of completion. The problem seems bigger than they are letting on. If it is a server crash why not simply roll back experience and give free training books for compensation to make up. They can also modify exp rates and drop rates for 2 days. They are not setting the right customer expectations by asking us to just be patient. I hope they can get it back on sometime today its been more than 24 hours.

    That
    higher drop rate/exp gain across all toram? That would be a godly compensation sadly i dont ever see that happening

    It’s been more than just 24 hours or I might be exaggerating but I’m pretty sure it’s been 2 days because for me yesterday it was like this but on Facebook it was already solved for some
    People unless it’s trolling like
    Some 20 orb compensation award and then some have diff timeZones idk :(

    There was an earthquake. I’d say it’s a bigger problem then the server maintenance.

    Same. It was 15 miles off shore but I’ve seem vids of tremors and little damage.

    Stuff like this happens and it's not like they plan for this to happen.. all i see is everyone asking for compensation (which of course they will give) but they arent required to, soo... anyway i hope everyone is okay as there was a earthquake in case you forgot, regardless if it was/wasn't the reason for the server's being down.

    Its really nbd whether compensation is good just wish they could provide us with more info/updates/progress and even some updates on how it looks over there after the earthquake would be cool too. I hope everyone is safe but it also seems like there wasnt much harm caused by the quake. Its hard to tell. Without the quake incident, in the future i do feel with the amount of people who play toram they should have a larger staff to work on these kinds of situations. I alone spend a ton of money on this game so sometimes i wonder where this money is going in terms of improvements to the game. Idk just food for thought

    They have since made an announcement (although it doesnt specify how long it take). I agree they should have more staff especially for the night/weekends as the game is international and like you i do spent alot of money on the in-game purchases. Anyway i didnt really mention what you said i was referring to everyone on twitter, facebook and the forum demanding all this compensation when they dont really know/care about the situation in japan.. I'd suggest contacting them directly with the enquiries you have regarding the game improvement.

    I saw an official repost 720pm JST from the website, it looks like an IT issue. No estimated time of completion but I do believe they have someone working on it. Lets just hope they can resolve it as soon as possible.

    Currently, the server connection is down.

    We are investigating the cause of this issue and doing our best to fix it.
    However, please note that it may take time to fully recover the connection.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.
