    No, its late night in JST, they really work overtime now for this matter, i bet Kondo will give extra salary for them for work this matter or maybe theres shift change between staff, i have hear alchemia team and avabel team get in this matter together :D

    Nah I’ve seen those types of companies. Things like “commission based” and “per piece” employers. Happens more often then it should.

    Im my opinion, since it is computer restoration things which involve in copying etc.. The 24 hours here would means taking shifts (morning and night) to take care of the progress and check if any errors happened. The work load of taking care the progress bar isnt that hard but the coding part when error happened is hard i think.
    Anyways, still appreciating their hard work. :)

    I'm gonna come clean here: I re-rated Toram down to 1 star from my original 5 stars rating. I get that nothing about the crash and delayed restoratation and rolling back server data was their fault. What I didnt like was that they hid the app from search results instead of removing the app from the playstore entirely for a brief period of time. It pissed me off that they were half-assing even the prevention of new accounts creation, and mostly intended to prevent current players from easily rating the game down.

    yea i know their situation.

    the fix for this is a hefty price and japanese people were known to have high stress level + seriously overworked.

    if the save device were bugged only they could have finish it sooner,but it was broken down on both,i could understand it was hard and nearly impossible to recover data from something severely broken.

    but still,for it to rollback all the way to christmas event of all things is just plain disgusting.

    from the span of december to march is the most free time everyone can play,which have more progress than anytime of a year,it was utmost badluck for it to happen at that span of time,it had to happen at december.

    they should have prepared an emergency back-up atleast after megiston event ended,or after 2018 ended.

    But NO,one simple careless step can cause a butterfly effect to the entire game.


    i am half sympathize and half bitter for them,although they don't want it to happen,they pretty much invite ALL of this into themselves

    Obviously a lot of players can't properly use their brain or control their emotions. All they know is to tuyul :p It's so damn hilarious logging into Hora seeing indos rage and curse because they thought the compensation was only 1 orb.

    they aint sending stuffs yet.

    i'm thinking that they are extracting all the players item data code from the main save data that got corrupted,duplicating it into a clean not corrupt data (48%),double check it and inject it into our current state.

    it wont magically pops up in our bag and storage,since most are filled,guessing it would only be send through mail after all the procedures are done.


    item data are seperated from save data and can be server recognize i think,for most games,so they could be restore and inject.

    the problem is the duplicating part.

    They don’t tell us how both the main and the back up got physically damaged almost at the same time. I bet that’s because it’s their fault. If it was an accident , they’d tell us so we can forgive them. But they don’t. Negligence for sure.

    In the meantime, I still can’t connect to the server. I still don’t get a response about my continuing server issue when I contacted them.

    Lets see if this would be a mistake that people is not guilty i would but first we were 2 weeks without info and second we were spamming to support please rekt bots but just when it affect japaneses it started to move extremely fast. Also we talking of more than 300 euros free orb items its not a joke

    I will still keep my 1* rating intact unless their compensation satisfies me Nevertheless, I am not playing this game like I used to before, I will simply troll in sofya from now on.

    I'm just angry because my main rolled back to 102.

    I do agree that those peeps that raged without even reading needs to be purged, they don' t deserve toram. I say let those who truly loved toram remain and let them suckers quit!

    when iruna servers crashed, every one received their items back by mail, although not all items where restored (data may have been too corrupted to restore) some people got both their spina and item that was traded, and some got a lot of duplicate items, so lets wish we all get the better end of the stick.

    Lol, another wasted topic.
    Rage and negatives come from being in the dark for 2 weeks. They just kept reposting same "sorry" message for days, untill they proclaimed that they will do a rollback.
    The next day they hastly edited their news and wrote "if they had to rollback", at this point it was already made sure the game would be rolled back, but it took them more than a week to do that, again without any updates (TBA).
    My 2 messages to support were ignored and not answered (last one from 2 days ago from in-game inquiry).
    The users who were oldies and donators got some stuff back (at least from cons board) and will be refunded.
    The avatars and orb items (bough a d stored in purchase history) are also slowly being returned.
    BUT those who suffered the most are new players and returners, since all they got atm is a +100% exp boost.
    If we are talking bout potential donators, scratch that, I doubt those ppl will want to buy orbs now (not mentioning the % of older players that wont be donating now).
    Yes, it was a bad experience. Yes, maybe it was inevitable, however feeding us excuses, not making frequent backups is all that caused this.
    Customer support is below 1*, even though the game itself is nice.
    So all the rage is definitely worth their efforts.
    I wasnt expecting for a decent conpensation, but at the very least i wanted my lvl167 to be back, but all i got is a few pcs ava back and 2 sewing tools (items bought with orbs).
    At this point i wouldnt need the spina and gear, but grinding to that lvl from clean lvl1...

    In the notice they posted, it was a backup of a backup that they had to use.
    As for no updates over two weeks, lol.
