I can add 2 to your list which areimportant
1) trust no one don’t give your hard earned spina to someone you don’t know in exchange for services or items because they advertise that it’s cheap , better buy items from cb at a higher cost than get scammed and spend almost 2x you originally would have .
2) don’t beg......nothing turns off players more than a beggar they may block you or ignore you entirely and that won’t go well for you in the long run because they will be reluctant to help you because of your begging. You need money for skills ? Mob farm and get spina by selling to npc or Mino skin farm there are many options, begging is annoying fo stop it .

@Roxa even with easy difficulty? Just try to avoid contact with the boss or maybe help your merc from time to time, casting a skill or two.
