Valentine's Event, Recipes & Emblems

I seriously can't find the motivation to farm any of the event gear... the stats aren't even worth the time, let alone the item appearance.. why didn't they release some kinda garb? Maybe like some elegant tux or dress or the supposed cupid diaper.. -_-''

The only thing worth doing is probably just the choc healing item.. and it's based on the Japanese tradition on valentines day I guess.. I think the girls give the boys chocs.. idk what the boys do for the girls tho

 

The shield is prolly the best unisex item other than the healing item.

 

These items look really cute, especially on your character/toon @Precaria!

Personally, I still think the items make cute apps.
Statewise, I would not spend the energy to farm those ribbons. (Let the ribbons come to you, I guess, or discard or sell them) Since you can't process them to mana. T_T (Just, like the golden potum crystal)

It is only the droprate at the moment, due the ribbons the normal droprate for the rare boss drops are even more off. (Like with the halloween event and christmas event) I do agree with that as it is stated above..That it can demotivate people, who are hunting for rare boss drops. Or where excited for other event items. (Like a diaper garb, heart md, cupid bow).

One million monsters to kill can only motivate one for the reward! (The hours will add up nicely aswell) Atleast, for me it does.

 

Haha... don't worry about farming them, they are so common that you'll have stks of them in no time...mwahahaha!!!

Savaran in Witeka Scorched Plains.
Potum and King Potum in Athema Ruined Town.
and a few others, like Stone.

the problem is that the wrapping ribbons messed up the rarity and those are much harder to get now, since monsters like to drop ribbons instead of beads now -.-

I'm just selling the stacks at sololo for 990s, better than the typical farming drop stacks (i.e. fatigued blade, etc) and better than nisel wood stacks, 10 spina less but instant sell.

 

Get one and wait for weapon dye to come out. Maybe they will eventually grant your wish ^^

Haha OMG you're right! My inv was full if bnuts so I didn't get any.. but once I used them to level and made space in my inv.. the ribbons KEPT coming...

One peeve tho, the heart choc you make only allows 1 in a stack.. it's like a huge waste of space seeing you can't make a normal 99 stack and use them slowly as you farm

I must say the head gear looks cute on girls tho.. unfortunately for me, I'm a typical guy who favours the rugged looking stuff

 

Wait prec.. did you say they sell for 990 at the npc? That's actually very good seeing the drop rate is like crazy.. I have motivation to farm stacks now XD
