Full Agi Brawler (Knuckle+Shield), solo Golden Skeleton mini boss.

Miss Miss Miss Evasion Evasion Miss Crit.. after 33 Rev IIs and 7 minutes, it's done. LOL

It's definitely better to use boost pots to solo, only spammed Rev II's
Best to have a support Mage on the side (need heals and buffs!) and have a good duo.

Should have taken the Priest Gloria (max Lv.) buff again, I miss the 2.5x def boost..

Still thinking if I will get the Shield Bash (100MP for stuns, Bash animation is super slow and expensive at 200MP). However, it won't fit on a full combo, max combo points right now is 10, need 12, and the longer your combos are, the higher the risk of being hit with monster skills, unless you have super high Eva Rate % or can always CC the target to interrupt their skill cast.


I noticed a few mechanics:

1) when you do Evasion during combo, your combo is not interrupted
2) Flee is for the Miss Miss Miss (red Miss) part..
3) Eva Rate+% (total % hidden) is for the Evasion animation (reposition to side)
4) when you miss on your attacks, your MP will not regen (so i guess is good to take Sober Analysis at Max? still need to test how many MP per tick).
5) regardless of skill level, you will still inflict CCs, (example: my Sonic Wave is at Lv.1, still inflicts Tumble).

Additional (not seen on video):

1) your combo is interrupted if you are CCed (stun, tumble, etc).
2) when you are using daggers you do backstep, others, side step.

speculations:
lots of.. will still have to test



I really wish we can use Astute with Knuckles, or, can use the shortcut keys to switch weapons during battle... well.. that's it. the end.

nice bro. if we can hit more accurately, i believe we can solo this thing better. i tried to solo it without using revita (i have regen hp during battle) but i can only reduce its hp to half. if we can interrupt gs by tumble/flinch/stun with 100% hit, soloing gs should be easy . so i thought, should we invest our point to dex now for accuracy? i think with 1.4 k aspd is quite enough (can use gs xtal too for 300 aspd).

 

yes you are correct.. right now, i'm remaking my Brawler, will test some theories and make an update later

 

may i ask what is the cap for aspd? isnt it 1000 aspd? if not can please make a vid if possible difference between 1k aspd vs 1.4k+ aspd. thanks in advance!

 

i cant remake my brawler. too lazy to build again lol. i guess stat point from lvl 51 i will invest it in dex.

 

i though that max is 1.5k. but i just saw someone with 2k aspd. not sure though. what can i tell. u hit more and faster with 1.4k aspd compared to 1k (from experience).

i believe there is no green bar for brawler (because of aspd?) so, i think yes. lucky you have remind me early. just about to add stat to dex. lol. but in my mind, i want to add dex from now onward. just want to wait and confirmed, how much faster if u have 2k aspd. because i think with 1.4 k aspd (1.7k aspd from xtal) is fast enough. anyway tq for the reminder

 

i have a theory to get all your level stats to AGI then your bonus stats to DEX(which is 50pts). i havent tested this yet but soon if ever i got time to make a new toon i can confirm it to you if its effective.

regarding with the green bar try to use knuckles that has no aspd bonus like make it below 800 you'll see the green bar that im saying.

Why use shield? Just curious

 

Just a tip for you talking about CCing the target to make for a more beneficial solo, if you stand dead center in the GS his specials will always miss you so you don't have to worry about CCing his special or moving/evading. Helps a ton...(I just skimmed over comments if this was mentioned before I apoligize)

 

I will definitely put this to the test and if it is accurate, which I'm sure it will be, I'll send you a gift .

 

Please do, I have to use this technique since I combo chain hardcore, and being a glass cannon, can't afford to be hit mid combo by the special, usually ends in a 1h KO, I assure you.. standing right in the skeleton helps a lot with soloing/farming all the above so you can push more damage without worrying about the special.

 

interesting, there's a no AOE zone where it stands, so yes you can't be hit if you position at the center, much like Gepenst huge AOE but with a smaller no AOE zone.

because of Force Shield (max Lv.), +500 hp, and +def depending on VIT stat, using Mirror Shield (used synthesis to change appearance) so that the +10% Evasion Rate can still be gained compared to the Dagger that gives that same Evasion Rate
