Weapon Suggestions

Hello everyone, I need some suggestion regarding weapon that I should pick.

I currently lv28 Katana and I don't really liked it (playstyle-wise). So, I guess I'm gonna pick another weapon for me. I wish for fast melee attacks. I don't really need it hits hard as in DPS, but if could I wish for some form of poison-like damage (DoT).

Is there some kind of weapon or build revolve around that?

 

Knuckle with dagger. Max agi, hit rly fast.

 

Knuckle with dagger is good but you can also try dual wield~
you can learn dual wielding skill after lv 40 (recommand starting with 1h sword character and build it up if you don't have lv 40 yet.... or if you already have character, make it lv 40 then make new character and learn dual wield skill from library)
And if you build katana well, you can make it fast melee~ (I'm always making fast melee so I guess you are kinda similar to my play style xD)

 

Knuckles and daggers.. sounds interesting. Might try this one.

I heard nasty rumors that they are being not very useful in party due to their limited defensive options. Was that actually the case?

 

Dual wield has a skill that makes u invincible while u r using skill (Phantom slash)
there's also evading one (shadow step)

(halberd is slow but has skills that increase attack speed, dual wield has passive which increases agi, sword skill has 2 skills: 1 passive, 1 buff that increase attack speed)

 

So I guess it's subject to player's skills. Nice to hear.. I will look around the skill tree list and see it.

Tbh, I love spears and I use it on 2 different game (Dragon Nest and Elsword), also in a mobage (SAOIF), I might consider it since it has ASPD increase skills.

 

Agi increases attack speed
Halberd (spear in this game) is mainly base its attack on agi and str
I'm planning to make speedy halberd xD
(look at signature and you can see...well I'm trying to switch between 1h sword and halberd from time to time so focused on str.. the name would be Aurelia)
Oh ya str also increases aspd but agi increases it faster (each agi pt increases aspd while str increases aspd per 3 or 4 pts)

 

Neat information! I'll take a look on it too.. I'm confused now, but I'll take a look and try which one suits me best. Thanks for the informations..

(I kinda set my characters to follow my ign... which starts with A so I just changed everyone's name start with A xDD)

 

Damage over time?
Deffo go wit knucks/dagger
Hidden arm + aggravate+ ignite ailment+ poison + additional melee or magic+ high aspd = Lit

Guess Martial Skill with Knuc is best for you.
Knuc skill got Flinch, Stun, Tumble, Def Debuff, Atk Debuff, Stop and also Fear.

Together with dagger skill you got another slow and poison.

Get KICK star-gem from CB and you will have knock back.

Learn shuduki from katana skill for chase boss purpose.

Now you can start torture any mob as you like.XD

BUT never never compare it with katana damage.
