To shorten this down, an alchemist can make potions and refined metals (potions for boost effects like ASPD+, while refined metals can be used to boost the refinement on an equipment). They can also “lock” gear, which is important if you want to maintain a certain effect or appearance on an armor. Alchemists should be max in TECH then DEX.

A Blacksmith can make weapons and armor. Each Blacksmith has to max their respective stat, then they can go into either LUK or TECH (DEX Blacksmiths make Bows, 1H, and Bowguns, while INT makes Staffs and MD. Each weapon falls under a certain stat. That stat boosts the “pot” of a equipment, and the “pot” allows Stat Blacksmiths to create stats that they want on the equipment).

Stat Blacksmiths are specific designed to add stats to an equipment.

Refine Blacksmiths are specifically designed to refine equipment.

Personally, an Alchemist is the easiest to build out of all of these options. The second option that would be the easiest would be a DEX Blacksmith.

Blacksmith use hammer to fight while alchemist use potion and magic. Some special rule is applied to alchemy (Be careful in using alchemy tho, powerful spell might resulting your char to lose a limb or two. In extreme cases, whole body)
