As a pure support mage, whenever I cast buffs such as Brave Aura, Life Recovery, etc., I feel happy and satifisfied. BUT whenever you change maps or even redo bosses, you lose the buff you just casted.

It would really be a good idea if Toram devs make the support skills be able to "last" across maps or boss battles. or some close idea of it.

    What do you think?

I know this isn't the developer site ._.

well, that sounds useful, but ...
... since support effects end when you get hit,
i don't see them lasting for multiple boss battles.

also for map changing, wouldn't it be wise to cast the buff on the map where you are fighting?
if you just travel from map to map, there is no need to activate buffs.

If they allowed support buffs to persist through boss fights you'd never have to worry about getting hit. You're working with aura's that reach 20 meters of reach in a circle. Seriously, the only time a support character should be take hit is when casting the heaps of buffs they provide in succession and getting aggro at the start of a boss fight or in the middle of active monsters. There are also no boss skills to my knowledge that are hard to avoid at that range. After surviving that first initial burst of spam (something like 1400 ~ 2800 mp worth of aggro depending on the build), they have no reason to be hit by anything during a boss fight (for now). Other than the occasional mini heal, cleanse, or having to get in range so that immunity is cast on someone still. Allowing this would effectively allow support characters to have 20 minutes of buffs per cast if they play without being hit. Which would allow HP and MP recovery rates to persist after boss fights and allow for faster recovery to keep doing repeat runs. Which all sounds good to me. It rewards more skillful play and makes that extremely long timer relevant outside of farming Mini bosses, or grinding.

Down side though, is that supports would never take aggro until they slip up and have to cast again mid fight. Kinda meh though.

Edit: They also need a way to toggle buffs on and all. Other than maybe War Cry, every buff has a negative effective that I would love to dispel in some cases. For example, Aegis and Protection. Or turning off Life Recovery when players aren't taking much damage so that my attack is higher. :I. I don't mind recasting a skill with the same cost, just let me turn it off sometime please.
