What is Breaking helpp!!?

what is breakin, and what skills cause breaking? And how do i know when I can break somehting on an enemy?

 

Breaking is destroying a certain part of a boss. Every Boss has at least 1 breakable part. The purpose of breakable parts is to have a chance to get a certain material for example to get Flare Volg Horn you have to break Flar Volg's head or you'll never get it.

The skills that cause break are the ones that have a change to do something like flinch, tumble, or stun. For archer its Power Shot

If a break is possible you'll see a white circle on the breakable part that has a time limit all you have to do is tap that circle like crazy until it turns red.
