What is the tech needed for synthesising?

    I have a luk farmer and have some skill points to spare can i use it on synthesising?

    Item Synthesis (potions) level 10 without it's upgrade skills and no TEC has a success rate of 30%.

    Yep, or basically means you need tech to increase success rate.

    TEC (and DEX) also helps increase success rate when you're synthesizing equipment. I heard that TEC/VIT and TEC/INT characters can't do 4 lock with 100% success rate when they're at 150 proficiency (I run TEC/DEX myself because Finale is boring, so it's just what I heard from my friends)

    2 TEC = 6 DEX = 1 difficulty

    difficulty only unlocks higher recipes, it does not affect success rate in any way.
