What is this hat? a bug or what?

    While I was at the guild bar doin something, I suddenly noticed that my additional changed its app from dragon horns to a huge hat with glasses on it. Is this a bug or an in-game content that I don't know about? IMG_5613.PNG

    (I reallly wanted this one if it's available in the game O______O)

    its a bug. possibly from the new update coming this thursday, its possibly in the game files.
