What quest rewards you with spina?

    I have been planning to return back to toram after like 7 months, and i ve been seeing a lot of fuss about this quest tht gives spina. Can anyone tell me what this quest is?

    the lazy guy in El Scaro gives quests with spina rewards.
    but now the spina rewards has been decreased and exp has been increased.
    no need to shorten your lifespan by getting involved in the discussion.
