whats the minimum equipment required to be able to kill ulti mino fastest?

whats the minimum equipment required to kill ulti mino in 2 or 1 second using this combo ---> impact> dragon tooth(smite)> closer ??
do i need like +S with full 2S equipment to do this??? whats the minimum requirement for this??
how many atk do i need for this?? do i need a level cap (my char rn is lv160)??
im somewhat have a low-decent amount of spina, im trying not to overspend my budget for this
people who know about this info please please share it with me, help me out im trying to earn spina by selling mino skin/andeg and rn im trying to build a character that sole purpose is to kill ulti mino the fastest

Hi! yes that burst combo you displayed would be fastest. Mino Ulti has 180k hp. You do not need the most expensive equipment and xtals and stuff. Decent/mediocre equipment should do fine. Somewhat better equipment you dont need to be cap. Worse equipment i recommend you be higher level for the extra str>agi stats. Mino is also wind element so an earth element halberd would be helpful. If you're really on a budget you can get gwai reaper halberd earth element drop from ornlarf. Use a devil circlet instead of tyrant mask for damage. I recommend sub dagger over arrow and you can use new dagger from bubble bogey for critD+ other wise use lil empress dagger for the critR+. There's an event at blacksmith for crafting parasol choco lance which although is light element has a higher atk than gwai i believe so maybe test both out. For special equip you can use muscle tal IV or a machina ring 2s(very cheap) to put 2 useful xtals you might have in. As for arm get whatever full crit arm you can afford and if you can't afford a decent one check blacksmith for any arm that adds any decent crit rate or crit damage. After checking blacksmith for such an arm check whatever drops that arm usually cause it may have better stat. Make sure you have all your crit skills maxed out for best possible critR. Since you'll likely be hitting mino with dt from long range it would also be beneficial to max long range under shot skills next to quick draw and decoy. If this is for the sole purpose of killing mino i wouldnt bother with the usual gsw or decoy shot, etc. You can instead max mononofu skill bushido for a little extra hp and extra mp. For fast mp charging if you have the skill points max quick aura and wcos. Hope this helps ^^

Some cheap xtal options would maybe be str+ for a little extra dmg or mp+ for less charging. If this is truly kill mino only you slap some sp in drop rate too under survival skills.
I don't recommend Luk stat if you're on a budget otherwise i don't believe you'll be able to one hit mino. Focus on str>agi until you get enough spina for better equips/xtals/etc then maybe str>luk

If you're determined to have luk for drop rate of skins i don't think it would take long at all to burst dt twice. I believe 2 would be enough. If you have plenty of resets left i recommend you play around with this if you want luk stat. Otherwise no luk stat=heed my advice as a capped hb dps with newbish gear too~ resets end sometime tomorrow i believe btw.
