When farming alto, I just realised…

that people don't realise that Alto's 3× linear dash can't hurt you if your hp=1.
It will always miss.

IIRC some boss aoe have this kind of attack, it hit current %hp and if your hp is 1 it will always miss. I've read it in tome of defense but since its gone, I'm not sure if this true

 

It's easy to prove really.

Just reduce your hp to 1 using quick aura then attack alto.

 

this is correct.
most fractionals are based on maxHP and become fatal, but some are based on currentHP. like Poison and Ignite, currentHP damage cannot kill.

(and even though Poison and Ignite used by the player deals fixed damage, it still falls under the same category, so it doesn't kill but leaves 1 HP)

 

I try with lvl1 character in 1HP………all dash is missed, that why so many youtuber like to challenge alto with 1HP.
And also find out the forbidden nut is reduce our current HP99%...not MaxHP99%.
