where can i find the hostages?

im breaking the door but there is no one there.. is it the last quest for now? thanks.

 

If you're doing the Cuervo Jail MQ, try looking in the other area(2/F, 3/F) of the jail, you shouldn't be able to free all 10 in one area.
If you're doing the Brahe's Lab MQ, there should be exclamation points for their positions, all 3 are in the same area(1st building).

Either way, by the looks of it, you're close to catching up the latest MQ, but there's still 1 more after the Jail MQ, so your quest isn't the latest one.

 

They might be inside your storage or closet. Why would you forget where you hide your hostages???

 

i'm doing the jail mq.. i see.. there is no exclamation point so i got confused.. thanks i will go to 2f

 

they're already gone... got really hungry last nite.. i'll search again tonight...
