Where to get head gear...?

    So lately I've been seeing char's with this head gear, it looks like a necklace on their head (sorry, don't really know how else to explain it), and I've been wondering where to get it?
    I really like it, but I have no idea who drops it. If anyone knows please help!

    I'm guessing(always ._.), that Necklace Headgear is from the Dancer Avatar set, can be obtain through the Orb Shops Treasure Chest.
