Which is better bowgun or bow user?

    go fow bowgun for damage.. it hits harder than bows when using snipe

    I remember seeing you a while ago at Pillar Golem.
    It seems that next in the line to be nerfed is the bow. You want damage, then go full dex stat with full crit gears using bowgun.

    Bg is better dmg for now, especially when taking advantage of elements, tho bows will probs,out dmg bg later because of str second stat, cant remember if str also increases atk with bows, if so u get more atk +c.dmg

    With Bow:
    STR: 1 = ATK +1, 5 = C.DMG +1%, 20 = Stability +1% / DEX: 1 = ATK +3
    With Bowgun:
    STR: 1 = ATK 0, 5 = C.DMG +1%, 20 =Stability +1% / DEX: 1 = ATK +4

    They'll basically tie up in ATK endgame. Although Bowgun will still have snipe to 250% and Bow it's natural higher stability & ailment infliction.

    Mhm it does but bg can be quite stable too with equips, but soon bows will lose their 100% crit chance

    pretty sure gear bows -50 crit rate is what's gana be fixed, not the 99.9% bow rate

    I agree there too, a couple weeks ago they fixed the IOS bow crit rate to make it 99.9% crit I don't think they would have done that if they are going to take it away now.

    Snipe with bg is only 20% stronger than bows, but if both 255str and dex bows and bg will end with the same atk but bows will be more stable from the stability from dex and str and bg only gains stability from str so bows would most likely be better for constant high dmg because the stability with bg can be unreliable

    using gearbow already decrease base crit rate, aside from snipe u will rarely find yellow numbers on normal hit n other skills. wearing gears with crit rate+ easily negates that minus of base crit rate cause of gearbow.
