Which is BETTER? DW or SwordFu?

I Was in a pt yesterday with lvl 130 sword fu at ifrid and all she did was spam the whole time. Mage got 1st in attacker and i got 2nd place in attacker, but cuase of that annoying spam that boss took longer to kill, i could just have soloed that boss, and it wouldn't have taken that long.

I think he mentioned that he delete his s-fu and change to staff-fu.

 

I Was think about doing that but not the way you was thinking though. I was going to show what both classes excel at. Even tho DW can excel at a lot more cuase of the DW Diversity, sword fu would not be completely left in the dust. But all my friends that have a sword fu told me* that their sword fu have old gear and and i noticed they werent really playing with their sword fu anymore, they were using either an archer, halberd, or 2H. That there kinda already leaves a message.

No he been deleted his sword fu xD. I went against his staff fu still cuase i was bored of of my mind and wanted something to do. Staff is not even this thread topic though. We are talking about DW and sword fu though.

 

So why make a claim that he can't defend? Lol its pointless.

 

i went against a sword fu later and i think beat me. btw i don't have neutral weapons so i can't do what u guys are saying either way. as for recording it's a pain to do things fast on my comp screen. i don't record on phone. PS. been a sword fu for a long time. i know it's potential. dw i don't know about as much but as far as i've seen burst dmg still better for fu

 

Lol he probaly was spamming as hard as hell chewing up you proration. I was playing with DW when it was 1st introduced and beed DW since. After the revamp Asobimo did on DW, DW is very strong now, DW is no longer that weak little prorating class anymore, and I am glad for that.

 

as u just stated u u dont play dw thats you dont understand what we dw peeps mean.. burst dmg isnt everything tbh.. yeah u got burst dmg but how about other stuff? dmg aint everything.. yeah u can deal enuf dmg on warmo and those proration locked bos cuz u can spam the hell out of it.. try other boss who has proration sensitive and try dueling in there with time attack style not just mere attacker rank hug which is useless in party play.. ^^

 

I didn't say he has low chance of victory. I'm just saying ur taking advantage cuz of ur aoe. Which is true. And sorry bro. My main is not a bow.

And I don't think I've said anything that offended dw. The only thing that I said is, sword fu is better in dungeon than dw. Which is also true. And if u read my first comment in this thread. I've said, they all have their ups and downs. No one is better than anyone. So chill.

 

this thread needs to die soon holy lol. anyways i'll rephrase myself. Fu is better than DW in terms of burst dmg or fast dmg. Dw has its own thing, dmg over time may be something dw are better at. They both are diff and unique in their own way. but if i were to choose to use one then would be dw tbh. fu will be dead by cap 150. now if y'all don't mind kill this thread like bruh .-.

 

Ummmm about you prove it? Cuase DW charging slash deals a lot when smited in a combo along with unsheathe boosting xtal and ring it dash through targets 10m. Highest i seen charging slash do was 150k maybe more since there are better gears now. And dont forgrt about DW High AMPR. Sword fu dont even have a good AOE unless you spam earthbind or sonic blade and even those cant top DW Charging Slash damage. By the time Sword fu spams sonic blade or earthbing how will you recover you mp?. DW wouldnt even have that issue. I dont know why you are even replying here cuase its obvious that you havent even pplayed with DW.

How is it a weak claim? It's a fact that sword fu is better in dungeon than dw. I guess u don't even run dungeon weekly do u? How many ppl lfm for dungeon would recruit a dw? Use ur brain pls.

 

my guild ley me do a dungeon and im using charging slash as a cleaner skill and it does pretty well
