    ===============================================================
    WORK IN PROGRESS
After I realize that STR give bonus to based cdmg, I may re-create this kind of joke build properly soon,
And wanna see what this build can do.
    ===============================================================
    Hello All,

    To de point,
    Weapon: Staff + Arrow
Main Stats: STR (recommended full STR, because CRT will just lower your p.attack source for now)
    Why STR?
STR give = 3 p.attack growth for staff user.
each 5 STR give = 1% cdmg to base character.

Notice!!: This build is pure skill based combat. no need to use your staff for trivial things.
Skill > MP charge > skill > MP charge > skill

    Skill set:
    Shoot Skill (35)

    1. Power Shot 5 (pre-required, will test later, if it's useful to max or not)
    2. Bullseye 10 (good DPS)
    3. Arrow Rain 10 (main DPS skill)
    4. Moeba Shot 10 (good DPS)
    Magic (20)
    1. Mana charge 10 (must have)
    2. Staff Mastery 10 (this also increase p.attack, not only m.attack so it's worth for this joke build)
    Battle Skill (20)
    1. Attack up 5 (pre-required, may worth to max but wait for higher lvl cap)
    2. Smash 5 (pre-required)
    3. Critical UP 10 (must have)
    Total point used: 75,
Save the rest skill point until lvl70 skill release,

    Equipment Recommendation:
    Equipment:

Weapon: Player Crafted Staff (CRate CDmg% or CRate CDmg)
Sub Weapon: Any Arrow (tempest arrow give additional 1% Cdmg
Armor: Player Crafted Armor (CRate CDmg% or CRate CDmg)
Add: War helmet (Weapon-Attack10 CRate10 minus something)
    Special: Muscle Talisman II (300MP + 4STR)
    Xtall:
    Mauez Xtall for all equipment
    Warmonger for add only

    Combo:

    Pro:
    1. Fast farming (Arrow Rain - Mana charger): Faster than ordinary archer, thanks to mana charger mechanism.
    2. So-so damage, still not better than bowgun, but seems equal for ordinary bow user.
    Cons:
    1. Lower accuracy (Building some stat points on critical may help)
    2. Can't help party to tapping the break event on boss fight, because of low damage (Staff weapon breaking effect based on M.attack sadly) By: @BlackRex

Aaaaaahhhhh! Dammit, I had the same idea!! XD

Well, I was planning to make this once I had enough orbs(& shards of it) to add a new char slot and make this type of character.

I might as well contribute. :p My own theoretical build at the moment:
Main Stat: 100+ Str (Optional:80+ Str 20+ Dex)
    Personal Stat: Crt

Main Weapon: Morning Star 50+atk (600aspd is useful here)
Subweapon: Tempest Arrow/Fire Arrow 20+ atk
Armor: Light Remodeled Forest Wolf Garb (more Aspd :p)
    Additional Gear: Crystal Earrings
    Special Gear: Spy Talisman

For crystals, I haven't thought of it yet mainly because I am still hunting down a satisfactory slotted Crystal Earrings and Morning Star. >.>

As for skills, you've pretty much nailed all of what I was thinking of putting in. Only difference, I would prioritize havin Sneak in the combos at the very end. That way, you lessen your aggro drawing capacity and stay alive more during boss fights.

This character has been brewing in my head for awhile. I've wanted to try this since I've learned about being able to use Shot Skills just by equiping Arrows in the subweapon. It is an interestingly quirky build.

The thing is though, I have a feeling that a Dex/Crt 1H Sword/Arrow build I am also theorizing is gonna be far superior. In terms of skill variety, compared to Str/Crt Wand/Arrow build. However there is a sticking point at the moment: We don't have enough Skill Points yet to build it! xD

That's good to hear, if someone also notice this kind of build :)

Wow, I just know about "morning star", where you find that staff?

About "Sneak Attack" you absolutely right. My Archer always found that skill useful. However, the mechanism is still unknown aka unconfirmed.
I found out on my self that skill is not good if it's for finishing (because the argo it's already yours). We must buff our self with it before we start spamming our combo. But, the number of effect is unknown ("time base" or "permanent for next skill only")

And I like your Spy Talisman choice also, My archer currently wear that ring. 200MP and -20%Argo is useful.

Well, truth be told, I was only aware of the existence of a mace like staff but had no idea what its stats looked like at all. I only had a rough memory of it being something like a very non-mage skill friendly staff and it had a non-mage benifit. Heck, I didn't even know the name of the Staff until last night! XD

When I tried looking it up at Cryous' Boss drop lists thread last night, I discovered it wasn't listed there yet. So I only learned the name and details of the staff after I asked in the thread. lol

hi, just want to remind u . if u wear staff. STR will not add your ATK. INT still the one increasing your char's ATK yet with that troll weapon (MATK - 1200 morning star) :p, we will have option to have ASPD INT mage probably with shield skill to disable boss.(just an idea)

note : is it supposed to be in mage class discussion? or hybrid?

Well. I'll try to get that staff (of course).
Anyway, about your theory on ASPD thingy on your previous comment. I thinks that is not on my purpose, Because we'll not use our staff to hit the monster anyway. My build will focus on back-line when do bossing.
However, I believed an ASPD build will also work. with the "cons" you need to come close to boss which is dangerous for me (Tenacity Combo Maniac).

Yes, you can call it's STR Mage if you want to.
But the skill I am use is "Shoot skill" which needed to equip an arrow to be available to activated.
As for starting character making, you will lose 1point if youi 1st make Mage character at beginning.

1 STR = 3 P.attack, already put that information on my post. and shoot skill is affect by P.attack not M.attack. so the minus M.attack on that morning star will not affect our build.

Most of the skills in use is from Shot Skill Tree so putting it up as Hunter class still makes sense for the moment. But if more and more skill trees keep piling up in here, it's gonna end up a hybrid I believe. :p

As for the stats build, are you sure it is still better to put in most of the stat points to Int? I didn't really put in a lot of effort researching the weapon bonuses so I am totally clueless on that part.

Yeah my bad. I just noticed earlier. That 1 STR also add 3 p atk if u use staff. While INT only add 2 and add MATK MDEF ASPD too. Wonder how is the damage if its used with warriorr full skill combo.
Need extra orbs to extract m potum xtall from that staff.

    what the?..

anyways, i tried it and it looks cool :D

i can imagine at skel ns shout; LFP Arrow Shower Mage

stat computation with Staff (1str = 3 attack) is like with crossbows (1dex = 3 attack).

Blade skill tree must use with 1H/ 2H sword if I'm not mistake. So the staff is useless for warrior build.

    Nice try, Good luck then.
It's troll build anyway. Don't take this build seriously though :D
But the fast farming at skeleton is true.

From miracle putom in temple ruins B2. That mini boss who also drop Pink dye.

Actually, about the 'threat' (aggro) thing you said,it's kinda wrong.Mages still gets the most aggro normally (When you're not purposefully drawing aggro ; Not using skills like Provoke or Rage Sword) due to the damage put out by them. Especially so if you're a assault mage focused solely on attack (Pure Int builds),and if you have smite on with any assault skill in general with a reliable combo (Like M:Arrow>M:Wall [Smite]>MP Charge [Swift]).
If I'm wrong then it might be good to say that the aggro drawing rates for both builds are similar. (I haven't tested this build,so I can't say much.)
It's not a troll weapon per say,it's similar to the Accordion Fold Sword, aggro tanking weapons.
You can gather large crowds of mobs with Wall if you equip the staff, then get someone to do an AoE. (Good for places such as the popular grinding area full of Goblins in the Ruined Temple for 'stealing' the goblins from other parties XP.)

If you ever use crazy archer combo, you will understand it. The reason why archer's skill tree have 'sneak attack' on it.
Believe it or not, try by your self.
I also have mage pure int, so I still believed archer is the most class with highest Argo generator, beside provoke.

Archers have higher chance of accumulating aggro than mages IMO. Especially if they stack up a lot of status ailments skills on their combo, bosses will evaluate that the archers as a higher threat. Hence the importance of having sneak attack.

In the case for mages, I think it is not even the damage that draws aggro to them, the continous knockback effect of magic wall is what I think causing Bosses to off-tank from tanks to mages. Whenever I just use magic arrows in boss fights as a mage, I dont draw aggro whatsover, but the damage output also declines.

Hmm that kind of playstyle might only need a simple staff than a morning star, i think. Probably this staff wont do much on current skill avail. However i found out many tanks use this weapon to get mp boost. So they dont need to spend skill point on survival skill.

Just a note on aggro. It's based off of both damage and skill usage. I can confidently say this because, as a 2H dps without a tank in the party, I always have aggro on me regardless of what other classes are present and there are times I'm not even first on attacker rewards because a mage overtakes me. I use a lot of skills(utilizing combo) so I know my threat generation is due to a mixture of damage+skill use.

I just tested a build with staff and str as its stat. P atk is increased(of course) but the downside isss.... you cannot help tap the white circle during boss breaking since its only shows damage 1 1 1 1 1 1.
My conclusion is break damage for staff is from your matk not your patk.. (sad..)

Oh wow. That's so sad. XD I guess I have to find a way to fit in more fingers when I tap the break circle from now on! XD
