    Hello I'm kinda noob in the part of upgrading equipment. I don't know if I should invest 10 points in upgrading equipment in my dex bs or tech bs ( tech bs is the same as my alch bs). So please any advice is appreciated. I want it to be worth.

    If you mean 'Upgrade Equipment' as in the Blacksmith Skill, then add it to your Tech Blacksmith. More Tech would enable you to receive more Potential back when adding a negative stat.
