Would it be viable to have a smith luk Mage?

i have a luk Mage at lvl 56 right now and I'm wondering how many skill points luk mages need to get all their required skills. Take away from the total sp you get and could I possibly make a decent smith?

 

in theory, yes. but since you have LUK as your personal stat, you can't use TEC which may lead to problems with success rates of higher level items...
that doesn't mean that you can't make high level items, it will just need more preparation to get enough profiency.

Well most people say that they reset tech after a high enough level to specialize in types of items. Thanks for the info though^^
