Zantei Settetsu lvl 10?

Several days ago... I created a Character that wields a katana(that is now lvl 43), its enjoyable doing normal attack from the distance(shukuchi lvl5) then spinning backstep/sidestep + pulse blade with a 100mp combo finish. During boss fight Zantei plays a major role because it acts as my scapegoat on boss' aoe skills.
Since the release of level 4 skills, does zantei worth to be max level? or should I prepare my character for lvl 4 skills?

 

If you have a lvl150 char (Meaning that you can use lvl4 skills tier) then yes , its worth to use Zantei lvl10 with the new skill called Tenryu Ransei *wink*
