57pt i think is too much. i think cd is 3pt cr 1pt cr1% 1pt equal to 5 pt, previous was 42 pt for +15 and it should be 47pt for +16 and i got it on 46pt lol. saved 1 pt.

 

this is 98% not 100% n u r right abt cdmg take 3 pt n both crit take 1 pt so 47 will be enough for it

In raw terms that costs 25pot more than regular sccc15, and that's without counting any possible penalties.
Well here's how far I managed to get. 100% rate if you take either stat% or cdmg% at 5. In all honesty though, cd15>cd%7 and it's cheaper on pot.
