Getting Banned because Refund and acussated by fake Reason?

    As Nobody clarified above what I meant is they consider letting anyone else play on your account as sharing your account.

    Not true the email in thumbnail posted earlier in this thread proves they unbanned Alecia Baun's account pink lady.

    Think it depends on the reason it was banned and vpn accounts are probably more difficult to unban.

    wasn't vpn-ed. don't forget, to get into the server u want, all u need is your phone to be in that language when u create the toram acct. so if i wanted a jp acct, my phone had to be in japanese.

    i think the payment method transactions are handled by google. if that SS truly got his/her account back by re-charging him on that refunded orbs, its google's decisions to allow him/her to pay for the refunded orb making it a legit purchase. you should ask consideration and make a deal from google not asobimo.

    Getting banned from 25th January 2019 at Friday, the reason is perfectly refund reason, so ima make this straight with aso-chan

    They can unban you, just they make a reason to make you sure that your account cant be back(permanent deletion), ima make a deal with them for make this straight and inform in here if good news or bad news happen.

    Thank you Friend, i was got mad before because they dont give me detail of reason about the Suspension, but after several Thing happen in here i decided to cool headed and make a deal with them and hopefully they will giving any deal to me...

    This sad, but my account wont back forever, so this is the end of my journey in toram.
    I spend money for My account about 3000-5000$ Ended in 1 single Refund that i need to do because of my brother. Still my fault but they seems wont care, well then, quit toram is a choice, its being nice to playing toram from beta until now, but seems this is a goodbye to stop me spending on this game ;) thanks to the godly Toram team i guess.
    Bye all, im officially said im quit. They did this to someone that support them so far then its worth to quit and stop support them.

    You should continue follow up with toram support team to retrieve back your account, the transaction between user>google>toram sometime will take some period to complete, so do the cancellation.

    You need to know you not the only one who have the same problem, from the BAN list announcement you should see the number. Give them sometime if you really love toram, and I believe you do love it because you willing to spend so much money on it. But if you stopped here, the game is over and no return.

    Its not worth anymore, i must stop spending on them, if they didnt becareful with their act they will lost their valueable customer, since they cant even banning properly nowdays because too much clones, well banning a innocent customers is necessary by them in case to make them bankruptcy :D:D

    I’m afraid the BAN process is done by the system program itself not the staff, the system will trigger and send an alert to Staff where there is a frequent in-and-out transaction, thus they BAN the account first to prevent any abnormal event continues occur. After that send an email to the account user to confirm the activities, if there is a evidence to proof their innocent, the account release.

    I know you feel angry and unbalance but from the point of view by the system admin, preventive plan is very important if they want to keep their business continuous. Thus I really hope you can continues follow up with them about this case, because losing another toram friend is a sad news.

    I think its isnt that system itself, but well , just see if the CS callback or no, i just quit for now

    They said Permanent Suspension cant be reserved but lets see further... ik they can release the Suspend but they just dont going to do it, and if all people that like me doing a refund then time by time they will losing a lot of profit :notlikethis:

    Have they even responded to your email yet?

    Also they became strict like this to scare off the players who want to do the refund trick to get free orbs. If they have read your email explaining it was a mistake and you are a long time paying customer, then maybe they will let you off this time. $5000 for a game is a big amount of money, if I was asobimo's customer support, I would agree to let you pay for the orbs and unban you so you can continue to pay more.

    tbh even for a toddler playing for the first time, the odds of discovering the orb shop a bit low compared to them throwing away my stuffs in my bag. and even if they do, im not sure if theyll enjoy spamming hitting that buy orbs button than wandering around maps in game. and if i know many will use my phone, authorising playstore purchases by putting a password on every purchase will prevent this accident. i believed playstore app got that settings.
