Debate: Is Leeching acceptable for New Players?

well tbh for me it's not how much you contribute, it's the effort you put in for the party (assuming it's a 4-man party with myself, 2 decent members, and a lowbie - i'm not strong so i can't carry a full party lol). i'd be happy to pt with you even at higher bosses if i see you're trying to help out - you don't even need to apologize or whatever.

 

Nah, there will still be one guy there that I have slaving away with me. Then I invite, easy stuff :v

 

Here's my take for anyone who cares.

I was boosted by a guild member when I was invited into my first guild. I have no problem helping others. I will only do it to level 27.

My issue comes from tbose who thinks it's okay to sit there while I do all the work and go afk. I will leave the party immediately. I hate that. At least have courtesy to actually sit there and be bored as I farm for you. I hate it so freaking much.

So my take is, yes it's okay to boost new members, but that new member better show some freaking respect and actually be there for the boosting >,>

 

If I was that 1 guy, I would join other "lf1m" party and leave you alone.

Whenever I farmed mmh, there were often parties looking for member then member looking for party.

Of course I would whisper the said party and ask for invite behind your back, and if you dont invite anyone in time, I go.

Nope, 'cus most the time I was the party leader and stuck with a 3-man party.

 

I let everyone leech no matter whats the color of your skin is. I'm not racist Lol

 

I lol'd. Yes,, we all must suffer. no exceptions. they could tell you a story while you're grinding for them.

 

About leeching at farming spot, I would let a person leech till lv25-27 if they ask and other members accept.
Leech 'till 50 is a no, unless they are willing to pay to each member, I would personally take 20-50k.
Ppl who leech without asking will be shamed, by me, shouting their names.

I'm ok with newbies leeching but please ask permission first and have the decency to stay online, grind with me or chat me up instead of going afk else KICK.

 

leeching is fine.. until they can use bnuts ^^
