Knight skill: Parry question

Hi, so I'm struggling on trying to find out the secret to this skill.Ive search all over the internet and all over the forum but there wasn't much data that confirmed this. Some said it was based off as prof rate for flee others said Eva and I'm just completely lost. I want to know if anyone has confirmed on how this skill truly works.

Though as I said before that puny 20% chance is nowhere near the godly reduction of perfect defence

 

Weird cause I used the search bar and that never pulled up your thread you linked me to but I appreciate it. As for P. Defense, does it only stop one hit or multiple and what is the difference between it the skill being at level 1 and lv 10?

 

It applies to multiple hits as long as they hit you in that ~2sec duration but your hp will only be healed once.
And at lvl1 it heals 1% HP and at lvl10 it heals 10% hp thats all the difference there is to it.
