    yes but success rate will be around 48%
    it is better to either get someone stat for you, or increase your cap x-x

    May I know the steps and mininum potential required for 100% success rate with the following stats:
    -Arm: Aspd 14% Agi 7% CDMG 14 CRIT 14
    -Weap: Aspd 14 Agi 7% CDMG 14 CRIT 14

    Step 5: add aspd+1%, modify aspd% 13 times, each time adding +1%, to end with aspd+14% (91pot left)
    Step 6: add agi+7%, cdmg+14 (-11=100%)

    Arm
    Minimum Potential: 45
    Step 1: add cdmg+14 (3pot left)
    Step 2: add crit+1 (2pot left)
    Step 3: add matk-7%, acc-7 (102pot left)
    Step 4: modify crit 13 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+14 (89pot left)
    Step 5: add aspd+1%, modify aspd% 13 times, each time adding +1%, to end with aspd+14% (75pot left)
    Step 6: add agi+7% (-9=100%)

    if u still cant put the stat, put cdmg+13 or cdmg+14 on step 1 x-x,
    but success rate will be lowered
