Sir this is ur formula I think its wrong
Adding original element
Minimum Potential: 39
Step 1: add ele+7% (4pot left)
Step 2: add crit+1, cdmg+1, hpRec-7%, dodge-7 (100pot left)
Step 4: modify cdmg 13 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+14 (61pot left)
Step 5: modify crit 9 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+10 (52pot left)
Step 4: add element, ele+14%, crit+14 (-6=100%)

4. add hprec -7% and dodge -7
5. modify crit 13 times adding +1 to end with crit +14
6. modify crit 13 times add +1% to end with crit +14%
7. add cdmg +14 and Fire element(-54=30% success)

p.s tried following the post on first page for other element stats using 1 cdmg/crit/crit% then adding the element and +14 in last step but the success rate was lower, there also may be another formula with higher success rate but I doubt it will be much higher than 30%.

 

Another one sir, cdmg7% cdmg14 crit14 crit14% on armor pot49 but negatives are matk and magic pierce
