People saying "ifp" instead of "lfp"

I understand why this happens; new players join the game and see people say "lfp", then think that the lowercase L is a capital i. What happens after that is since most of them aren't native English speakers, they don't know that "lfp" is an acronym for "looking for (a) party" and not an actual word. I'm just letting those of you who don't know that it's lfp not ifp. I also feel like it was important to make this thread because I haven't really seen people talk about it much.

They say that the "i" in ifp is invite. It may have some sense in that, but it is just so grammatically wrong that it makes no sense at all. I also noticed when i grind at don yeti that a lot of players are asking for parties for dye..... LIKE WTF MAN!?

I actually thought it was 1fp ( 1 for party) lol no wonder nobody invites me

I guess it actually makes sense that way. I just hate it when all of these new players act like lfp was never a thing.

Back in my days in ragnarok online if we need a party we simply say "party pls", everybody was so polite. Then they keep spamming that 2 words until they get invited.

Even I didn't understand what they try to talk about it.
and some newbie might mistake "I" with "l"

They need a party, thats the point. I know what u think but please dont judge a newbie. Not all people good in english, like me to.
