Getting Banned because Refund and acussated by fake Reason?

They reply that "once we apply the restriction, we cant Remove it once it applied" so if that your answer then im quit, easy for me. If they keep banning a person that make a profit for them more and more then they should take a risk for dropped profit.

 

I put 1 tap buy because my phone rarely played by people, almost never played by people and only me. But this time i just get slammed off guard, so its end for me xD
And now what i do is:
Lock my game with password, so people need to enter password if wanna play

 

Wow I'm so sorry you have to quit that really sucks. And even after you spent 3000-5000 on your account. Wow I thought I spent alot I've spent a little over 120 dollars on the game but wow you've spent way more. I feel bad for you that you can't play anymore

 

I think they should put a warning on the purchase orbs menu that we will get banned if we ask for a refund so that way people who don't read the terms of service won't make that mistake

 

They sucks xd but its already happen then just quit and stop supporting their game its easier, maybe in future they change their mind

That not going happen, they are keep playing like my account wont back then after longtime they will get it back in case maybe they need to edit my orbs first to remove it, then give back my account

Tbh, they compensate me with New account with 12.000 Orb and customized lv instant 175 on 3 character and rest with 130 in same amount of my previous account in past, not sure this is the good news or bad or neutral for me

 

They have a consecution here, they have to make everything right now, and unbanned account will be very much, very very much, they couldnt recognize which account they banned too, they may have exception to me. Just change your nick and email would make you safer because they completely wont recognize you.

 

That was the compensation they gave for banning your old account? Wow that's a lot But is it enough to replace your old account?

 

They did compensate it secretly, i can request up to 50 items that i want too, not sure it going still can replace my old account back, but its good enough i guess and also 650.000.000 Spina

Oh wow. Depending on what you request, it could very well be worth more than your old account (not counting ava and ava stats). But then there's this server issue and the possibility of roll back.

 

They realized that im a legit player and not try to use refund for get free orb and they compensate me with kind of account but i still feel missing something, and that 50 item i cant request the amount (example i want libera book IV x99) so its mean only 1 quantity that i get each category that i request.. and in my account theres more than 1 qty of orb item, so idk it is really worth it or no

 

Happy to see you get compensate, not a perfect one tho but its still a good news to me since they are trying to apologize.
In this roll back i hope they will do the same too
