What's wrong with my char?!!

Raw stats and skills will only get you so far, your equipment is the next step.

- +7 refinement on your staff is basically free
- Look for player made equipment, as what @NUT2Fast said, INT +8/4% and MATK +4% on your staff, and similar stats on your body armor like INT +5/+6+7/+3% and/or MATK +2%. This is expensive though.
- Look for crystas that increase your MATK. Demon's Gate for staff, Forestia for Body, Mezza for Additional, Ooze for Ring if DPS is your goal. Brutal Dragon Decel is a decent substitute.
- Elemental staves are cheaper and more effective if you can use the element that the enemy you're fighting is weak against. However, you will need 6 of them to cover all the elements and you have to refine all of them to +E or so.

[Realized you meant matk4% int8 or matk4%int4% staff, not the 4%8 int.]
For a low-cost budget, I suggest getting:
-4%matk7int staff or a ns 4%matk4%int ooze staff(Will not recommend ele staffs for the moment, as the 4%matk4%int is a good and general staff) (Check JmCy's staffs, cheap 4%4% ns ones.)
-Bush knife craft or magic dagger
-4%int 5int armor, price around 600k-900k or something like that. If you wish, I have a free 4%int 4int slot armor that you can have.)
-Cat ears, hands down. No slot is fine, slot is fine, just having this will improve your damage a lot.
Magic Talis 2 slot, maybe around 10k for a low defense slot ring.

lol this build is kinda common and im using it very well , gears and play style can make this build good enough to solo all bosses.
