well now i wil answer about the impact and qd first
it depend how your playstyle, impact make your mp use smaller and higher damage since proration effect, but your triple kick motion will be slower and you need 22 sp for it, and for qd you need 20 sp, if you take those now, you will lose some of your damage, i will take qd for next cap update(when i have 20 sp left), since i think qd is better for my build
brigan helm wep atk+10% is only depend on your atk, i still prefer dragon ears

if you take impact+qd and use brigan helm, maybe your damage and your motion speed will be lower..
