1h+shield tank better or knuckle tank?

1h is cooler, also 1 h tanks actually use the shield instead of only covering the back. I mean seriously, use the friggin shield!

 

If you want a skill that can lure annoying mobs from 12m to u, having a RNG ailment that can mess up your p.def timming and that ailment also get countered at recent event bosses(Heroshjt Potum) and possibly more in the future as Asobimo love Knuckle, you can get it for tanker. Well it actually work in certain situation, just like Knuckle tank themself.

 

It inflicts fear which can halt their skill usage for a few seconds. Though some gets enraged with fear. ^_^

 

Don't forget access to raging sword (single), blinding strike (aoe with stop status) that increases aggro... A LOT.... and meteor for more aggro with a oment of invincibility... and buster blade which heals you per use ( be mindful of a status effect icon there that has 8sec time interval, you won't get heal if its still there)

Oh and if you do use 1hs , always pick toyhammer, hits the target 95% at a time, no dex needed

 

Everyone be praising swords over knux but here's my two cents: Knux tanks have drills for hands and fire kamehameha's. No competition.
But seriously though I just started using knux tank and I got my char to 115 then I see this thread. Feels Bad Man.

 

Why feel bad? Knuck tanks are great!

 

One good thing about Knuckle tank right now is Twin Eagles, you can make a tank that can tap break and deal some dmg, equip DPS equip and you might be able to solo some weak bosses.
Tho if u missed it, wait for a few months then.

Im one of those mages and never had probs i even use a shield with aggro stat xD

I actually use Twin for pure tank only coz 3 more ampr, and anticipate does help "sometime". For tap break, gotta use semi tanker. Semi lack MTL, rip.

Go for bowgun shield.

nah two handed shield is obviously the hot new thing

 

I use bg shield... Cuz you can just run around while your clone is doing the ampr for you...

In the end its always on how you play and what suits you better

There was also the cone horn 3 bowgun that has 75 crit as well as 300 mp and 15% aggro, which as almost as good as divers since we already have 25 base crit.
