About glass cannon

Hi everyone! It has been a year since I first play toram. I believe that I have enough knowledge about this game. Because toram is designed as RPG game which mean you can play with everyone, especially fight bosses with your party. So, most of dps ussually build glass cannon to deal huge dmg and recover mp quickly. I wonder if it is essential to have dps with semi-tank build (like gladiator, paladin, ...), as you know they don't have intensive dmg when comparing with others, but their suvival ability. Recently, a lot of youtubers also build paladin but it isn't real paladin, they just build with 4k hp and use gsw + Kariki.

 

Hmm, Paladins using gsw and kairiki? Anyway, they are not necessary and require tremendous amounts of spina. A pure tank will get a party by typing "L-". You could get Spirited Dance or similar abilities to boost damage

 

It's not essential, but it's good to have an all rounder build. Glass cannon build on YouTube looks promising, but what's more amazing is the time they spent on recording a perfect run without their numerous deaths. ^_^

 

You don't have to follow them, my Paladin has around 25k hp and I don't use gsw or brave aura on it, I intend it to be a tank in a party and still be able to do very good damage, and I use food buffs and other consumables to get hp and resistance to tank the boss, as well as always using P.def, those other player's low hp builds are too risky and it's they're not suitable as a tank because gsw and brave aura disappear if you get hit, also if you focus on Revenir as main damage skill then you need to interrupt and P.def attacks in order to gain Revenir stacks, and if you're not the tank in the party then you will have trouble interrupting, those glass cannon builds you see on youtube are mostly just for the purpose of soloing bosses, not for party play.
