Advice for Mage Build

Hello, recently I heard that Mages are good for farming, and I heard that this means a Luk Mage Build. I also heard theres this...storm? Storm mage. So I was thinking of creating a Luk Storm Mage, but if possible, I want her to be a water elemental mage. Is this possible? If so, I really need advice on how to build her stats and skills, n possibly combos ^v^
As of current, my lvl 44 mage has 5 Int and 2 Dex, and MAX Magic Arrows, MAX Magic Wall, and MAX Mp Charge, plus lvl 5 Safe Rest. Is it safe to continue with these?

dont continue the dex,if you are planning to build a luk mage than you need to max magic mastery skill(magic skill tree),Magic up and increased energy(battle skill tree),i would also advice to take hp boost and drop rate up

 

water elemental damage, it's depend on the equip
imo, if you want to be a full LUK rest INT, then allocate 100 INT first then rest 255 on luk
and the combo?
farmer only knew impact -> storm (smite/consec) -> mp charge (swift)

Its only 1 stats point no need to recreate it
hp boost and drop rate lvl 10 for 1khp and 10% drop rate (btw hp boost is on survival skill 2)
