Always Stuck at Loading Screen "Logging In"

When I opened Toram this morning, I got stuck at the "Logging in..." part of the Loading screen. Sometimes a dialog box appears saying "Failed to connect". I rarely got into the game after many attempts, but will freeze eventually. Such news to start Valentine's day ;u;
Btw, I already tried restarting the device, the router, clearing cache, checking the internet speed, memory. Haven't reinstalled because I have read in other threads it doesn't work, I'll just risk it soon. But for now, it's just been for hours, are there any reasons why I'm encountering this problem?

 

Up, I rarely get in but it freezes after a while ;-;
And sometimes this dialog box appears even though the game already loaded, leaving me no choice but to exit the game. (ss)
