I need criticism on my brawler gear
(All comments except "I would change that to player crafted" are welcome)

Overall I have 4.3k ASPD, 5.5 HP, 800MP and 30+ AMPR

People that say "change to player crafted" only have DPS in there mind.
Dont get me wrong high DPS is good but being a full AGI char you wanna max stuff that increases with AGI and thats dodge and ASPD.
Player crafted stuff wont even come close if you want to maximize those 2 stats.
If i were you i would keep 3 seperate gears of my liking each of which specialize in either DPS, Dodge or ASPD.

DPS gears:-
Ice knux c12cd12cd4%agi7% or c12cd12cd4%atk7% 71+B PG
Heavy knife (crt+5)
Armor any def c12cd12cd4%agi7% or Roga/Jade
Pom pom hat (short range 3% HP+500) Warmo/TD/Yelb or gothic hat (crt+15) warmo/TD/Yelb
Speed talisman III Don yeti

ASPD gears:-
Emeldia NPC (+80% aspd, Ampr+4)
Twilight dagger (+10% aspd)
Brutal dragon armor [megiston] (+20% aspd)
Feather cape (+500aspd) or One winged headband (+400aspd) Yelb
Speed talisman III eerie or time warp watch eerie

Dodge gears:-
Anniv knux III NPC (+12% dodge) or katars NPC (Evasion +10%)
Storm dagger (+7% dodge)
Killer Coat NPC (+20% dodge)
Cat tail NPC (+15% dodge Agi+3%) forest wolf
Speed talisman III forest wolf

Survival gears:-
Gardien Drop (+900 HP)
Army knife (Evasion+10% MP+100)
Brutal dragon arm [megiston] +C (+1000HP +4% p.resist)
Forehead protector (+1500HP) Grylle
Speed talisman III eerie

Of course you dont have to follow these sets as they are but wanna mash them together to make a balanced set.
If you dont wanna take player crafted gears i can understand its your playstyle but in the end they still win in terms of high DPS.
Lets see if not considering player crafted gears a balanced set would be high dodge and high aspd and decent HP/MP:-
Emeldia NPC +C (+80%ASPD +4AMPR) PG
Storm dagger (aspd/dodge)
Killer coat NPC +C (+20% dodge/ASPD) Roga
Pom pom hat +C (HP+500 Short range +3%) Yelb
Speed talisman III Eerie
Total HP = 4K(If you think its still low just keep vitaplusII with you can buy them 3k per stk at el scaro)
Total MP = 900 (again you can increase with magiadd2 5k per stk at el scaro)
Ampr = 30+ (if you have aggravate lvl10)
Aspd = 4-5k
Dodge = 700-800
ATK = 800+

 

Ah this is a really great compilment of gears! Thanks for guiding me through this all, and yes, many dps players often nag me on using player crafted gear, but i modestly prefer dropped or npc crafted gear. Anyway thanks a bunch!☆

Your current gears arent half bad either.

But i would say at least change gardien to emeldia npc main reason being the +80% aspd is just plain insane boost for a full agi char (more than 1.5k aspd boost lol)
Besides gardien having guard rate and guard power it is more suitable for heavy armor users than light armor users.

Storm dagger is prefered for higher dodge/aspd but blood drain knife is fine too.

Killer coat NPC version if you want higher dodge instead of the 1k hp from bd arm both are pretty good.
Also recommed Jade as xta instead of silver roar it gives the same amount of AMPR but without any bad nega

Either forehead protector or pom pom hat (pom hat has 1k less hp but 3% short range dmg) total you can gain short range +8% which gives the same amount of damage boost that 67str would give for knux.

Ring i personally (in MY OPINION) would prefer 400MP from speed talisman than the 1k ASPD because mainly it does give +1000aspd but also curses you with -9% resistance making you take more damage than you normally would. You can still go with it if you dont mind that nega.

 

I see what ya mean. Ill change my Gardien to Emeldia cuz i 78% agree with you. Ill acquire Storm Dagger, so that i can use both that and Blood drain knife interchangeably. I was considering Jade for some time but i dont get hp from VIT so 8%- hp is okay (though the extra 3 mana would be nice..) My armor is good, so is my add and special. This helps, thanks!

 

I'd suggest removing the time warp watch in favour of a speed 3 or a warrior ring. beyond 1.1k ASPD, the change is really minuscule,or so I heard. other than that you are good to go

 

Nah tww stays, the increase in motion speed is constant and very effective

 

I'd say give this Close Range Damage % set a try. For science.

Gardien: [Pillar Golem]

Otherwise, Mayam got just about everything. I personally don't like AMPR values that aren't 25 ampr and 34 ampr, but that more of a personal preferance I make when gearing up.

Don't worry about your other compatriots though. NPC weapons as of now, are pretty good in their own right. Especially compared to the Wind elemental hell of when Emeldia and 1st Anniv III Knucks were your only choices. Now that Katar + Bush Knife and Gardiens are woven into the mix you shouldn't find yourself woefully underequipped outside of certain situations. Anyway, good luck and have fun man.

 

Ah thanks ^ ^ this set sounds pretty nice but, i bet it would interfere with survivability. Its pretty good though, id like to give it a try.

 

Brawlers are meant for breaking, so use right element for different boss i would recommend. Overall the build is good.
