Auto close/crash

Good day to all!

I've been experiencing this problem even before the maintenanance.
Since it is unexpected when will it crash, all I know that the app crashes when I battle boss roga.
It won't crash all the time though.

I tried restarting my phone, well it didn't work.
I also thought that the upcoming mainte (anniv mainte) well fix it, but no, it didn't.


Please help me and thank you!

 

youre not alone.. since new engine update and ipv6 support update, crashes happen during boss fight. and it might make you lose exp and drop....
so please send asobimo a ticket regarding this.... i alrd did that. if a lot of ppl do that, they will think this is a more serious problem and not just a random complaining.

Crash Symptoms (most likely some devices can't handle these):

• Too many people (even with "Others" graphics are off; and Sofya)
• Stayed too long on maps with heavy ambient graphics (Fiery Volcano, Icule Lake, Zoktzda Ruins, Harde Hill)
• Already wandered around in multiple maps (Restart the app to refresh the cache?)

These might be, but not all and guaranteed, the symptoms of your Toram crashes. But most of these were based on my experience. So you need to report these crashes on Asobimo and be patient to when they will fix it.

 

So if I delete the game cache or game resource it will somehow lessen the crash/lag?

 

Only the cache, not the resouces. It will only reduce the crash chances a little, not resolving it.

 

My game crashes when there is a lot of people on the map *cough cough sofya city*. Anyway, I tweaked my graphics settings and it decreased the chances of it crashing. I'm 69% sure it works. Worth a try though.
