Black screen

At the deepest part of the dungeon for the blessing quest when it's time for the cutscene it only showed me a black screen. I'm unable to do anything since im not able to see anything and when i forced closed the app i log in again i still get the black screen im unable to play anymore i reinstalled the app but my char is still stucked in the black screen please send my character to town or do something about this bug i still want to play.

 

It happened to me as well. I was at saham underground with cutscene before the fight at roga but suddenly afyer cutscene it only shows black screen. Need help for this T-T. I cant open it in other device and i tried closing and opening the game but its still black screen . What should I do???. Im using iPad

Try clearing cache or clear data before reinstalling. Hope it works
