Cannot login or submit

I have a problem for more than a year! I have an asobimo account. I can only use to login after installed the game. But when I look at the "account setting" option, I cannot see my account or it says I haven't submit an account. I try more than 100 to login with my account and password but it always says "enter a correct e-mail address" . It goes the same when I try to change password.
I also tried to submit again but it says "account already submitted". WHAT SHOULD I DO :"D

Yep just turn the lowercase to a capital letter, I know it's stupid but it's true. emailaddess bar is case sensitive
