Cannot login to my old account

I updated the game today, yet it did not load past the login screen. I reinstalled the app, and same result. Eventually, I restarted my phone and it was able to load, unfortunately the game could not find my old character, which was up to level 60. I also did not have an asomibo account to transfer my account.
I still have my character's username; is there any way to get it back?

 

Did you ever backup your phone's data on iTunes/your computer? This backup could of been anytime you were playing on that character, BEFORE you restarted your phone.

 

reinstall app then select email that you use to apply when created your character before.
the character data is saved on asobimo server, so if not load your character, either you use different email or there is problem on server.

 

I think you need to contact Asobimo for this one. If you're on android your character/account info is in /data/data/(whatever toram's folder is lol). Uninstalling an app usually deletes this. Unless your character is tied to an email via an asobimo account (you can register it in game), then it looks like it's gone. Best contact the devs for that.

If you're an Apple user then i have no idea. Lol. I may be wrong though.
