Cannot Submitted email

I choose login with my gmail.. after successfully login, my data is lost (it keeps me to make new char screen)

So i log out, and my data is back..
But i want to keep my char in secure asobimo account. (Now my char is not registered to any gmail)

As a Note, i dont have this achievement/unlock this emblem yet
-->"Submitted ASOBIMO ACCOUNT form Account Settings and logged in the game" yet. (Menu, char, emblem, other)

So, i want to resubmit my account. I use new gmail to resubmit it. But it not works, it said error code 022


Any idea? Please some advice.. I already played it since long time ago

 

A little one left is :

• Check your email. There will be something with that account. Remember that before, your Asobimo account already submitted but haven't Login back because of email verification.
• If not, someone already submitted it. Contact into Asobimo Customer Service directly (see official website)
