Can't transfer the account

So, I needed to uninstall the game to format my cell phone and recently I decided to play the game so I installed it again. The thing is I can't transfer my data. After the update I logged in asobimo account but nothing happened, so I tried the Google account to see if it works but didn't.
I don't know if it's an easy thing and I can't see it but everytime I logged in asobimo account nothing happens, that means my characters isn't saved in the account? I needed to do a backup before uninstalling?
