    You might want to translate and read this page to fix different types of login error.

    Based on the title of your post, in the instance of Code 013, there's supposed to be a mail from the Toram Team in your associated email account. Check if there is, and follow through the steps given in the mail. If there isn't, you can try to contact Toram's customer support.
