how the stat really works is unknown, but most people estimated it to convert to +1 crit rate at 3.5 points.
my theory is that it is used in the random value calculation, where a number is usually divided by 255. since 255 is the stat limit and guarantees 100% crit rate, i guess every point of CRT lowers that 255 resulting in higher odds for critical hits. :p
CRT only affects crit rate, not damage.
CRT stat is worth the investment if you have crit rate% on your gears.
crit rate+ is just added afterwards and does not interact with your CRT stat at all.

Hmm... 3.5 is yet another number haha. Well, so far, with the calculated results from Coryn, I have yet to see a miss or a white number. Evasions are a dime and a dozen. I will keep on auto-attacking to see if a non-crit variable pops out that would debunk the supposed 100% Crit Rate. I wish they would just make Crit Rate a known stat.

Glad to know CRT does not affect Crit Damage. I don't know where it was that I read that it does. Can you clarify your last line? Crit Rate+ does not interact with the CRT stat? Are you referring to the ones in Proto Leon / Gothic Hat / Bexiz? Isn't it additive?

Thank you very much for your help!

3.4CRT = +1Base Critical it is confirmed so 255CRT would give exactly +75critical to max it at 100 after 25 base.

Critical+ flat stats are added directly to your chances to critical as you said while critical+% stats only multiply your base critical that is 25 + base gained from CRT personal.

    I hope that clears everything.

"The answer lies in the chicken."
^ a quote from Doom&Destiny, but it fits here as well :p

it was tested and proven that 255CRT equals 75% crit rate, which adds up to 100 with 25 base.
not more since skills with reduced crit rate would still land non-critical hits with 255CRT without extra crit rate stats on gears or skill buffs. ;)

Thank you. Yes it does. It seemed counter intuitive to me that Critical+ Flat Stats have a greater impact that Critical%+. I thought it was the other way around. So in summary, is this the Crit Formula:

    Crit Chance = 25 + CRT / 3.4 x (1 + Sum of Critical%+) + (Sum of Critical+)?

I have a question about magic dmg.
Does it depend on weapon's atk or it just only need INT and DEX for Matk? Like shooting magic with bow or sword or knuckle...?

magic skills are only based on matk.
weapon atk and mastery increases atk and/or matk depending on the weapon type.
knuckles and MDs increase atk and matk with weapon atk.

Holy Fist deals physical damage based on atk and matk.
Punish Ray deals magic damage based on atk.

I have a dumb question about elements. So if i used fire weapon vs wind, it will bybass the 25% add dmg since it is neither strong or weak against the element but i will still retain based stats of the weapon used?

a fire element weapon will deal 125% damage against earth monsters and 100% against everything else.
monsters do not have element resistance, just weakness.

Graze occurs whenever your hit rate is too low compared to the enemy dodge.
It reduces your overall stability of the weapon. Not sure by how much exactly.
Only way to stop graze is to get more hit by adding dex. Magic skills can never graze as they bypass enemy hit rate entirely. Also the skill snipe can bypass graze if it is used on a blind target.

STR increases critical damage by 1 every 5 points, for all weapons.
CRT only raises critical rate, not damage.
