Critical Related [Question]

First i apologise if i post this in wrong section

Anyone have clue on critical percentage ?
Question
1. 1% crit rate = ??? crit stat
2. Crit rate on equip, crit rate 4% what its mean? Give 4%pure crit rate or 4% of our critical stat, example if we have 100 crit stat, then its given 4 more crit stat?

I focus more on item information

 

1. Similar to luck stat, everyone can only speculate on the stat:crit ratio, since there is nowhere it actually shows percentage.
2. Not 100% sure, but it should be +4% pure crit, if it was +4% of your overall crit, it would say +4% max crit.

Edit: On second thought, it may be +4% of your overall crit. Why do I say this? Well, say this game finally gets to late game (with tons of awesome equip), certain equip will probably have +10% crit (maybe even more), this would render the crit stat useless. You can just go pure str/dex, and wear full +crit gear, easily obtaining +40%+ crit.

 

The crit cap is at 40%?

I believe it actually increase your city rate chance.
Again just speculation.
